A.S.M. Ismath, the founder partner of UHY Centra Management Associates provides the overall leadership in Sri Lanka. Mr. A.S.M. Ismath is a highly qualified professional, bearing 24 years’ experience of knowledge in leading and implementing variety of projects and investments in countries such as Bangladesh, Malaysia, Middle East and Sri Lanka. His experience extends to the fields of trading, manufacturing, construction, logistics, automobiles, mining, hospitality, property development and investments.
Mr. A.S.M. Ismath currently serves as the Managing Partner for UHY Centra Management Associates. He is also the head of several committees representing the divisions within the firm such as audit and assurance, tax compliance, company secretarial, HR and payroll and board of partners.
He commenced his professional career in 1994 by being a part of big-four audit firms. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA), an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACMA) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (MCPM).
